Are these genuine instruments with warranty?
Yes. Every unit ships new and sealed with its serial number registered, plus a 12 month warranty handled by our service bench in Chengdu.
What is your minimum order?
One unit. Dealers ordering five or more get tiered pricing and demo stock.
Can you set up our local coordinate system?
Send us the datum, projection and geoid model. We load and test it before the box is sealed.
How long does shipping take?
Stock items leave in 3 to 7 working days. Air freight reaches most capitals in 5 to 9 days after that.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T, PayPal for single units, and L/C for orders above USD 30,000.
Do you offer training and calibration?
Remote video training is free for every order. Calibration certificates come with each total station and level.
